The boat departs on the eastern side of Bali in the small village of Sanur.
Within half an hour distance lies the beautiful island of Nusa Lembongan. This quiet island has gorgeous cliffs, a relaxed island vibe, and other amazing sights to see. Apart from its relaxed vibe and great places to visit, there are many surf spots where lots of surfers love to surf.
Examples are lacerations, shipwrecks, razors, and playgrounds. Be careful as beginner surfer and always bring an instructor with you since the waves are only for the advanced surfers out there. Also, the reefs under the water are very dangerous, and when not having the right knowledge, this could lead to severe injuries.
Next to the beautiful island lies Nusa Ceningan, this is the smallest island of the Nusa island group. You can only reach it by scooter or walking over the yellow bridge that connects Nusa Lembongan to Nusa Ceningan. The island of Ceningan has a lot of beautiful lookouts and cliffs as well.
Nusa Penida is the biggest islands of the three and is houses the most iconic beaches and ocean views. For example, Kling Kling beach, also known as T Rex. This is a point high on a cliff with a view on a rock that stretches far into the sea. You can also the white sand of the Kling Kling beach lying beneath. Apart from this sight, you can even rent a tree house in this area, which provides a fantastic experience of sleeping with a view over the ocean and beautiful nature.
