CANCELLATION POLICY
Since we run an extremely high quality program based on limited space and tight margins our cancellation policy is as follows:
The client notifies the surf school 24 hours prior to the time of the surfing lesson
Unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund when it rains or in an unlikely case of injury.
We also cannot offer a refund for arriving late or leaving early and we do not provide partial refunds for any services.
If surf conditions become unsafe during a lesson, the surfing instructors may modify the lesson and undertake activities on the beach rather than in the water, or the lesson may be rescheduled for another time.
